Two young County Donegal brothers – Ronan (14) and Conor (10) McGarvey from Loughanure, West Donegal,  have set up a small business making wooden pens through the  woodturning process. The brothers are the youngest members of the Irish Woodturning Guild and started woodturning around September 2009.

So far our wooden pens have been bought by people all over the world including the US, Australia, New Zealand, Europe and ann parts of Great Britain and Ireland.

Several schools, groups, companies etc have also used our pens for prizes, presentations etc.
The pair attend schools in Dungloe and Loughanure and use our evenings (after homework) and weekend to complete any pen orders.

They use a variety of woods including bog oak, ash, yew, elm, beech, plum and many more.
