Claremorris Arts Committee has announced details of its forthcoming group exhibition that will take place over the course of St. Patrick's weekend. The exhibition will be of particular interest locally as all artists are from the locality and have all previously exhibited in shows hosted by the Claremorris Arts Committee.

The exhibition, an all female affair, will host works by seven artists and will be housed in the Chapel Lane Gallery, Claremorris for the duration of the Bank Holiday weekend.

It will be launched by Claremorris native, Senator Catherine Noone, at a reception in the gallery on Thursday, March 15th at 8pm.

This promises to be an enjoyable and exciting exhibition with a diverse range of works from seven individual artists who work in a variety of styles and media.

The following artists will be taking part in the event.

Kay Brennan

Aoife Casby

Patricia Mulkeen

Maeve O’ Reilly

Renate Pilbrow

Bernie Prendergast

Anne Warde

The members of Claremorris Arts Committee would like to take this opportunity to extend and invitation to the launch of this exhibition and to share in celebrating the work of these local artists.

The Committee also hopes that you will encourage as many people as possible to pay what will be a most enjoyable visit to the gallery over the course of the Bank Holiday weekend.
